    Images in event team chat

Send images to your teammates and open them without leaving the event page.

    What changed
    • Only your teammates in the event can view the attachments.
  3. New

Card payments with plata by mono

Pay for products, top up credits, and support tournaments in hryvnias by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

    What changed
    • The hryvnia amount is calculated using the current exchange rate and shown before you continue to payment.
    • After a successful payment, Potik updates the status automatically and adds the fiscal receipt link to the order confirmation.
  4. Improved

Up-to-date product availability in the store

Products that are temporarily unavailable from a supplier are automatically hidden from purchase and return when stock is updated.

    What changed
    • Availability is updated regularly, so the catalogue keeps only products that can be ordered.
  5. New

    Pay with Binance Pay

Use Binance Pay for orders, credit top-ups, and tournament support.

    What changed
    • Choose Binance Pay from the available payment methods and confirm the payment in the Binance app.
    • After confirmation, Potik updates your order, credit top-up, or tournament-support status.
  6. New

Brand review before working with creators

A brand completes its profile and sends it for review. Campaigns, the creator directory, and advertising deals open after approval.

    What changed
    • Brands can track the application status and update profile details before the review decision.
    • Creators receive applications and offers only from reviewed advertisers.
  7. Improved

More useful data in the creator directory

Creator cards now show average live audience, with Twitch and YouTube details available without leaving the directory.

    What changed
    • Viewers can compare channels faster and choose a creator to watch.
    • Brands can review audience size, average and peak live viewers, and subscriber growth before planning an integration.
  8. New

    A clearer start after registration

Choose your path after the first sign-in and see the right next steps immediately.

    What changed
    • Viewers continue to profile setup and the main Potik features.
    • Creators receive a short plan for connecting a channel, checking their audience, and applying to the agency.
  9. New

    Automatic member groups

Potik now identifies viewers, streamers, and buyers from their profile and store activity.

    What changed
    • A channel with more than 100 followers receives the streamer group and agency application instructions.
    • A completed purchase adds the buyer group. A viewer or streamer can also be a buyer.
  10. Improved

    A cleaner light theme

The light theme now uses a calm white-and-blue palette with familiar Potik turquoise details.

    What changed
    • Text, borders, and controls now have clearer contrast on light backgrounds.
    • The refreshed palette is consistent across the website, store, and personal cabinet.
  11. Improved

    Easier tournament participation

Tournament requirements, application status, and results are now easier to find.

    What changed
    • A solo tournament application can be approved as soon as the game data check succeeds.
    • The final table keeps the confirmed results after a tournament ends.
  12. New

Connect your YouTube channel to your profile and follow its statistics in the agency area.

    • Lifetime views, videos, and subscribers are available for the full history of the channel.
  13. New

    Screenshots in support chat

Show the problem in a screenshot instead of explaining it at length. Images open at full size right in the chat.

    What changed
    • Users and the support team can both send screenshots.
    • They stay compact in the conversation and open at full size when selected.
  14. New

    A new reviews section

We brought customer, creator, and partner reviews together on one page and added filters for games and ratings.

    What changed
    • Purchase reviews show the items that were bought. Signed-in users can also leave a general service review.
    • We publish reviews that follow the rules immediately. The Potik team checks the rest.
  15. New

    Vouchers without account details

Buying a voucher does not require a UID or game account details. Once the order is complete, the code is ready to copy.

    What changed
    • The code is available on the completed order page.
    • Signed-in buyers can also find it in their purchase history.
  16. Improved

The updated homepage includes interactive previews of the store, referral program, agency, and tournaments.

    • Separate invitation, purchase, conversion, and reward metrics.
