What should I do if my order is taking a long time?

Check the status in My Purchases. If it does not change, send the order number to support. Do not place the same order again while the first one is processing.

Do I need to provide my game account password?

No. For a direct top-up, enter only the account identifiers requested by the form. Do not share your password, verification code, or email access.

What if I entered the wrong account details?

Send the order number to support. The team may still be able to stop an unfinished order; account details cannot be corrected after delivery.

Which game version are these products for?

These products are for Arena Breakout Mobile on Android and iOS. The Bonds, cases and passes in this category are for a mobile account. They do not apply to Arena Breakout: Infinite on PC.

Where can I find my mobile Player ID?

Open the player profile in the mobile game and copy the numeric Player ID. Paste it into the form without extra spaces. Your nickname and an Infinite PC account ID cannot be used. Check the player details returned by the system before paying.

What does “+” mean and how does the ×2 bonus work?

The first number is the base Bonds amount; the second is the regular bonus. For example, 60 + 6 credits 66 Bonds. If the first top-up ×2 bonus is still available for this denomination on your account, the game credits 120 Bonds instead of 66. The regular bonus is not added to ×2. Check for “Extra Rebate: 100%” in the game before paying.

How long are the Bulletproof and Composite Cases valid?

The cases in this category are valid for 30 days for a mobile account. They are separate products, not Bond packs. Check the case name and stated validity period before paying.
