How do I top up Genshin Impact?

What details do I need for a top-up?
You only need the UID of the game account. We will detect the server automatically during the account check. Before paying, confirm the UID and the nickname shown.
Where can I find my Genshin Impact UID?
Open Genshin Impact and look in the bottom-right corner of the game screen. Your UID also appears in your player profile below the avatar. Copy all digits without spaces.
Do I need to provide my account password?
No. A direct top-up only requires the UID. We do not ask for your password, verification code, email address, or access to your Genshin Impact account.
How long does delivery take?
After successful payment, we will submit the top-up automatically and track its status. Crystals usually arrive quickly, but the payment service, supplier, or game servers may occasionally cause a delay.
How many Genesis Crystals will I receive, and is the bonus included?
You will receive the total shown on the product card. If the package includes bonus crystals, we will already include them in the displayed amount. An additional first-purchase double bonus is not guaranteed unless it is explicitly stated before payment.
Can I top up a friend’s account?
Yes. Enter your friend’s UID and verify the nickname shown before paying. You do not need their password or access to their account.
Which payment methods can I use?
The order page will show only the payment methods available for the selected product. Choose the option you prefer and check the final amount before proceeding to payment.
What should I do if I paid but did not receive the crystals?
Check the order status and restart the game. Do not pay for the same package again while the first order is still processing. If the status does not change for an unusually long time, contact our support team and provide the order number and UID.
Can I get a refund if I entered the wrong UID?
Contact our support team immediately. If the top-up has not been completed, we will check whether the order can still be stopped. Once the product has been credited to the UID you confirmed, a refund is possible only when the transaction can be technically reversed or the supplier returns the funds.
