How do I top up Mobile Legends: Adventure?
Choose an M-Cash package and enter the User ID and Server ID. Potik checks only that both fields are filled, not the game account, so the form cannot catch a wrong digit.
Where can I find my Mobile Legends: Adventure User ID and Server ID?
Tap the avatar in the top-left corner of the home screen. Both values appear below the character name in the profile; copy them into their separate fields.
Can I enter a nickname instead of the User ID?
No. The top-up requires the numeric User ID and Server ID from the profile. A nickname does not identify the account for M-Cash delivery.
Where do I choose a payment method?
Use the Payment method section at checkout. It lists only the options available for the current order.
Where can I see the final order total?
Look for Total payable in the checkout section. It appears to the right of the product on desktop and below the order options on mobile.
Where can I check my order status?
Open the order page or My Purchases in your account. You will see whether the order is processing, completed, or rejected.
What should I do if my order is taking a long time?
Check the status in My Purchases. If it does not change, send the order number to support. Do not place the same order again while the first one is processing.
Do I need to provide my game account password?
No. For a direct top-up, enter only the account identifiers requested by the form. Do not share your password, verification code, or email access.
What if I entered the wrong account details?
Send the order number to support. The team may still be able to stop an unfinished order; account details cannot be corrected after delivery.
Can I top up someone else’s account?
Yes, if the form accepts that account’s details. Before paying, ask the owner to verify the UID, User ID, Server ID, or any other identifiers shown by the form.
