How do I top up ZEPETO?
Choose ZEM or Coins and enter the ZEPETO User ID. After the form checks it, match the displayed profile to your account.
Where can I find my ZEPETO User ID?

What is the difference between ZEM and Coins?
ZEM and Coins pay for different items inside ZEPETO. The Potik package name states the currency and amount, so compare it with the in-app price of the item you want.
Where do I choose a payment method?
Use the Payment method section at checkout. It lists only the options available for the current order.
Where can I see the final order total?
Look for Total payable in the checkout section. It appears to the right of the product on desktop and below the order options on mobile.
Where can I check my order status?
Open the order page or My Purchases in your account. You will see whether the order is processing, completed, or rejected.
What should I do if my order is taking a long time?
Check the status in My Purchases. If it does not change, send the order number to support. Do not place the same order again while the first one is processing.
Do I need to provide my game account password?
No. For a direct top-up, enter only the account identifiers requested by the form. Do not share your password, verification code, or email access.
What if I entered the wrong account details?
Send the order number to support. The team may still be able to stop an unfinished order; account details cannot be corrected after delivery.
Can I top up someone else’s account?
Yes, if the form accepts that account’s details. Before paying, ask the owner to verify the UID, User ID, Server ID, or any other identifiers shown by the form.
